We offer a full, end-to-end service, specialising in under age sales enforcement for Local Authorities and Police. In addition to the conduct of test purchasing operations in shops and on-licensed premises, we will conduct PACE interviews at client premises and prepare prosecution reports (where necessary) including summons preparation etc. Where appropriate, RIPA authorisations will be sought.
All officers are enhanced CRB checked and are experienced in recruiting and working with child test purchasers.
We will ensure maximum publicity (not just local press) if required and will work with client communications personnel to achieve the PR strategy aims.
As well as test purchasing, we offer a programme of trader education and assistance with the provision of PASS accredited PoA cards to young people. We are also happy to provide refresher training and guidance to Trading Standards and other Enforcement Officers who prefer to conduct their own operations rather than use us to conduct the full programme of operations.

APC Management staff have appeared, on behalf of clients on television news, documentaries and on local/national radio. This was, of course, part of the clients' communications strategies.
Localised Campaigns
Working with client communications staff, APC Management are able to assist with the production and delivery of UAS education packs aimed at traders in the client area. Delivery can be recorded for future evidential use if required.
